We focus on strategy. We ask our portfolio companies leadership teams to first focus on strategy. Understand what the client problem that a company uniquely solves allows it to build prices flexibility and increase in value.
Our process starts with three actions:
Management diagnoses the client problem.
They determine how does the company uniquely solve this problem?
Management collaborating with Board, construct related set of actions & are responsible for execution.
This process is underwritten by a disciplined approach to capital allocation and investment.
